Spicy Black Bean Hummus - (vegan & oil free)
When cooking beans for the week, we always seem to have leftovers that we're never sure what to do with. This simple dip is an awesome way to use up those black beans and add some flavor to your meals!
Ingredients:
✘ 2 cups cooked black beans
✘ 2 cloves garlic
✘ 1 tbsp tahini
✘ juice of half a lime
✘ 1 small jalapeno (deseeded)
✘1/4 tsp smoked paprika
✘ 1 tsp salt & 1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
2. Garnish with extra jalapeno and paprika!
