Thai Red Curry Hummus - (vegan & oil free)

A super simple way to spice up your hummus! I love red curry anything, so red curry + hummus = YUM! 

Ingredients:

✘ 2 cups cooked chickpeas

✘ 2 cloves garlic

✘ 1 tbsp tahini

✘ juice of half a lime

✘ 1.5 tbsp red curry paste

✘ 1 tsp salt & 1/2 tsp pepper

✘ 3-4 tbsp of coconut milk

 Instructions:

1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.

2. Garnish with a pinch of paprika!
