Blueberry Muffin Smoothie - (Great for Digestion)
This is the perfect breakfast smoothie! Sometimes smoothies can be unsatisfying and can leave you even hungrier. The addition to oats in this smoothie will not only help with digestion, but it will also keep your energy levels balanced and keep you satisfied longer. Plus it tastes like a blueberry muffin... so win-win!
Ingredients:
(serves 1)
✘ 1.5 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
✘ 1.5 frozen banana
✘ 1/4 tsp cinnamon
✘ 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
✘ 1/2 cup oats
✘ 1/2 tsp vanilla
✘ 1.5 cups almond milk (or plant milk of your choice)
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth!

I cant wait to try it. Am pre-diabetic
. 1 was vegetarian 1 year skin clear from eczema
I was doing tofu burgers, vegetables broth, vegetable 🌮 Chinese corn ,yams, string beans, picked carrots, i used Lawery taco seasoning mix. It was so good water 🍈 melon, cantaloupe,watermelon apples.
I took vanilla greek god yogurt, one layer blueberries, one layer of granola, vanilla yogurt, fresh strawberry,
Breafast i had . buckwheat pancakes, hemp milk and egg whites, table of specturm canola oil, no eggs.
Lunch:
Green salad bulger wheat, blueberries, heirloom cherry tomatoes ,🍐 pear vinegarett
