Mango Turmeric Smoothie - (Anti-inflammatory)
This smoothie is loaded with anti-inflammatory properties! It's the perfect smoothie to fight off that sickness with. I love this smoothie for its warm feel, it makes me feel like I'm glowing from the inside out!
Ingredients:
(serves 1)
✘ 2 mangos or 1 cup (fresh or frozen)
✘ 1 frozen banana
✘ 1/8 " knob of ginger (peeled)
✘ 2 dates
✘ 1/4 tsp turmeric
✘ 1/4 tsp cinnamon
✘ 1/2 cup coconut water
✘ 1 cup coconut milk
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
